During PMS, your appetite will increase. Maybe you will want chocolate, sweets, or salty foods.
Stomach and lower back cramps
Some women often experience cramps in the abdomen and lower back before menstruation. Usually, this happens 24 to 48 hours before your "guest" arrives.
Mood changes occur
Another sign of menstruation is a change in mood or mood swing. You may become irritable, feel irritated, cry easily for no reason, and feel anxious when PMS. But take it easy, because these symptoms can disappear by themselves when your menstruation begins.
